Christ the Priest Primary School is committed to providing a quality Catholic education for the community of Caroline Springs.
As a community, we celebrate the traditions of the Catholic Church and live the Gospel Values. We value the gifts that each student brings and respect the uniqueness of each individual. We strive for educational excellence for all students – we want them to be the best that they can be. We acknowledge the need to personalise learning to meet the needs of all the children in our care. In light of this, staff design contemporary learning experiences to engage all learners through a variety of learning processes and strategies, enabling and encouraging all to achieve.
We provide an extensive curriculum which ensures our students achieve spiritually, academically, emotionally and physically in all facets of life. We seek to nurture the students to become happy, resilient and contributing members of the parish and wider community.
At Christ the Priest we view education as a partnership – a joint responsibility between the school and home, bound by common beliefs and values in a spirit of mutual support and encouragement. We strongly acknowledge that parents are the primary educators of their children and we share in a partnership with them to help children reach their full potential. We want parents to always feel welcome at the school, both through their presence and their contributions to school life.
As a Catholic School we value our rich religious traditions and culture. We provide many opportunities for our students and their families to celebrate our Catholic heritage in many different sacramental and non-sacramental ways. We encourage all families to join with us on these occasions both at school and in our Parish church.
We look forward to sharing in this important and exciting journey with you.
